Terms for Porta Potty Rentals in Ephraim, UT 84627

Last Updated: 11/4/2026

What Standard Porta Potty Service Covers

Last updated: November 2026

A standard rental covers the portable toilet units, agreed delivery and pickup, and any servicing specifically listed in your written quote. The quote should identify the number of units, rental period, delivery location, and included service visits.

Placement depends on safe access and a suitable, reasonably level site. Customers must keep the route clear and provide accurate site details.

Extra cleaning, additional service visits, hand-wash stations, holding tanks, special placement, and changes to the rental period require a separate quote or written approval. Standard rental does not include permits, site preparation, wastewater discharge, or removal of materials not supplied by UT Toilet Pros.

Customers are responsible for confirming applicable rules. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141 address sanitation at construction sites and workplaces; accessible facilities are addressed by the 2010 ADA Standards.

Ask Ephraim City about event placement permits. Wastewater discharges may require Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permits and compliance with Utah Code Title 19, Chapter 5.

Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

Delivery, service visits, and pickup are scheduled with you and confirmed using the details in your quote or order. Please provide the site address, access instructions, placement area, rental dates, and a reliable contact. Timing may depend on route conditions, weather, access, and other scheduled work; contact us promptly if site conditions change.

Give notice as early as possible to cancel or change a booking. Any cancellation charge, if applicable, will be stated in your quote or order before you approve it.

A request to change the unit count, rental period, placement, or service frequency may affect availability and the amount due. We will explain any change in scope the work or equipment included and ask for your approval before proceeding with added work.

If access is blocked or the site differs materially from what you described, we may need to reschedule or agree on a revised plan. Contact UT Toilet Pros to confirm changes; a request is not approved until we confirm it.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment

A quote is based on the information you provide, including unit count, rental dates, delivery location, access, and requested service frequency. Review it before approving; it should describe the included equipment and work, the rental period, and the payment terms that apply. A quote is not approval for work or equipment it does not list.

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be provided with your quote or order. Any deposit or other amount due before delivery must be disclosed there.

If you request added units, extra service, a longer rental, or other work outside the agreed scope, UT Toilet Pros will explain any added charge and obtain your approval before proceeding. Site conditions that differ from the details supplied may require a revised quote.

Ask us to clarify any charge or payment deadline before accepting. No prices, financing offers, or extra fees are created by this section; the approved quote or order controls the specific transaction.

Service Quality and Warranty Terms

UT Toilet Pros will provide the rental and service work described in the accepted quote or order. These terms do not establish a separate written warranty, a guaranteed service duration, or a promise that equipment will be available for a particular purpose beyond what we have expressly agreed to in writing. Any specific warranty or service commitment must appear in the applicable quote or order.

Contact us promptly if a unit or completed service does not match the agreed scope. Please describe the problem and provide the site location so we can review it and discuss an appropriate response.

Coverage or corrective action may not apply to damage, misuse, blocked access, unsafe placement, or conditions caused by others; any decision will depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Do not alter or relocate equipment without arranging it with us.

Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. For a particular rental, rely on written commitments made for that order rather than assuming a general warranty or duration.

Responsibility, Site Conditions, and Liability

Customers are responsible for accurate site information, safe access, and keeping the agreed placement area usable. UT Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions or loss caused by a customer’s acts, another party, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tell us about known hazards and avoid moving or damaging rented equipment.

To the extent permitted by law, UT Toilet Pros’ liability for a claim related to a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, including applicable liability that cannot be waived.

These terms do not replace a customer’s legal obligations. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141 cover sanitation requirements for construction and workplaces, and the 2010 ADA Standards address accessible toilet facilities.

Confirm applicable event placement requirements with Ephraim City. Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permits and Utah Code Title 19, Chapter 5 may apply to wastewater discharges and water quality. Rules depend on the facts and the responsible agencies.

Questions About These Terms

You may also write to Parkade Plaza, 370 N Main St, Ephraim, UT 84627. Include your name, service address, and quote or order details so we can identify the matter. Do not send payment-card information by email.

We may update these terms when our practices or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted with its effective date; where appropriate, we will also communicate a change through the contact details associated with an active order.

Updates apply as permitted by law and do not silently change an already accepted order unless you agree or the law allows it. The terms and written quote or order should be read together.

If they conflict about a specific rental detail, contact us for clarification before service. Keep a copy of the version and order you accepted.
